A delicious steak sandwich made with focaccia bread, rocket, onion rings, and romesco sauce. perfect for a quick and satisfying meal.

steak (ribeye)
rocket
onion rings
romesco
brown onion
salt
besan flour
red capsicum
garlic
olive oil
red wine vinegar
almonds
Instructions
1. grill your steak to the temp you like and let it rest before slicing. 2. on fresh bread (i don’t bother toasting it) if it’s a day old then toast it. 3. lay on some romesco to both slices. 4. next add the sliced beef, rocket and onion rings. 5. top it and enjoy!
