1. combine 90g lotus biscoff spread, 90ml milk, 45g plain flour, and 1/2 tsp baking powder in a bowl.
2. Mix well until smooth.
3. Divide the batter into two portions and bake in a preheated oven.
4. Once baked, let the cakes cool and then top with 20g biscoff spread and optional biscoff crumbs.
